What happens after I buy?

Your credit card will be charged and we will send you an email confirmation and instructions for redeeming your purchase.

How do I redeem?

A Grooster Pass appears in "My Account" after you get an email confirmation. You can print your Grooster Pass or email it to your smart phone. Give or show the merchant your Grooster Pass when you arrive.

What's the return policy?

All sales are final and refunds are not permitted. That said, we aim to please, so contact us at support(-at-)grooster.com and we will review any requests.
